Owl Club
Our Owl Club is run daily before and after school and is available to book via the Scopay App.
Before School (breakfast included)
7.30am - 8.45am £5.00
7.50am - 8.45am £4.00
8.30am - 8.45am £1.00
After School (snack included)
3.15pm - 4.30pm £4.00
3.15pm - 5.30pm £8.00
On the day booking £10 upto 5.30pm (booking to be made via the school office and account must be in credit).
Terms and Conditions
- Late collection will incur a charge in line with the pricing structure.
- Late pick up after 5.30pm will incur a £10 fine in addition to the original booking fee. This is to cover the cost of staff having to work overtime as club staff finish at 5.30pm prompt and have to be paid an hourly rate.
- Regular late pick up after 5.30pm (3 x in an academic year) will result in the withdrawal of the use of this facility.
- Bookings must be made online by 23.59pm on the previous day, the system will not allow you to make on the day bookings yourself. From 5/6/23 on the day bookings will be accepted at a charge of £10 upto 5.30pm (irrelevant of how long you require). Account must be in credit for office to make this booking on your behalf.
- Cancellations must be made online by 23.59pm on the previous day. No on the day cancellations will be accepted.
- The system will not allow you to make a booking unless your account is in credit. Therefore, payment should be made and then the booking placed. Arrears letters are sent home every Friday. Non payment of arrears are periodically referred to the Local Authority for them to pursue. This may result in debt collection agencies being involved if the invoice is not paid.
- Failure to pay fees on time will result in the withdrawal of the use of this facility until the arrears have been paid. Persistent non-payment will result in it being removed for the rest of the term.
- Refunds will only be issued in the case of absence due to illness.
- Amendments to bookings can be made by yourself up to 23.59pm the previous day.
Any bookings placed are made on the assumption that you agree to the above terms and conditions.
